  • A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion of the project or as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Scheduling is based on availability and may be affected by weather, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Service Appointments and Cancellations

We schedule appointments based on availability and urgency of service. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide access to your property at the scheduled time.
  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Pay a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, except in emergency situations.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergency calls, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Warranties and Service Guarantees

EBS Home Improvement LLC offers the following warranties and guarantees on our services:

  • Workmanship is guaranteed for a period specified in your service agreement, typically between 90 days and one year from completion.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and equipment installed by us, and these warranties vary by product.
  • Our service guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, alterations, or repairs made by others after our work is completed.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with details of the issue and proof of service.

6. Disclaimer
